We build the store in your Shopify account and connect everything. It takes orders once Razorpay has approved your account, and Razorpay decides how long that takes.

A few things you might want to know.
Do I pay Shopify separately?
Yes. Your Shopify plan is between you and Shopify, and Shopify bills you for it. ₹4,999 a month is what you pay us to design, set up and run the store. Shopify's current plans are on its own pricing page.
Which Shopify plan do I need?
Most new brands start on Shopify's smallest plan and move up when they need to. We'll tell you what we'd pick for your store, and why, before you sign up for anything.
What does the free preview include?
A design of your store: the home page, a collection and a product page, with your products and your brand. You can click through it and send it to your co-founder. It's a design, not a working store, so it takes no orders. Nothing is set up in Shopify until you decide to go ahead.
How long until the store is live?
We start building as soon as your Shopify, Razorpay and Shiprocket accounts are open. The store takes orders once Razorpay has approved your account. Razorpay runs that approval, so we won't promise you a date we don't control.
I'm already on Shopify. Can you run my store?
Yes. Send us your store's address. The free preview shows how we'd redesign it, and if you go ahead, you give us access from your own Shopify admin. The store stays in your account the whole time.
Do you handle shipping and returns?
We set up Shiprocket so your orders can be picked up and tracked. Packing, shipping and returns stay with you, and the Shiprocket account is in your name.
What doesn't this include?
Ads, social media, influencer campaigns and photo shoots. If you only need product pages with ordering on WhatsApp and no cart, our catalogue website costs less.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. The store, the payments and the customers are all in your own accounts, so nothing moves when you go. You just stop paying us.
