A buyer checks you out before they reply to your quote. You never find out that they did.

Send us your website.
Inky rebuilds it in 48 hours. For free.

If you like what comes back, Inky runs it from there. $29 a month covers unlimited reasonable changes, the hosting, the groundwork that gets you found, and a dashboard where every enquiry from your site's contact form lands.

The quote goes out. The silence comes back. This is usually why.

Between your quotation and their reply, the buyer looks you up. The check takes about ninety seconds.

If the website cannot answer it, they do not write back to ask. They move to the next supplier.

That check is the one part of your sales process your website can win.

What your website has to answer before anyone will talk to you.

Inky builds all of it into the site, and changes it whenever you ask.

Who you are

Legal entity, where the plant is, maker or trader.

What you make

Process, materials, sizes, tolerances, standards.

What you can take on

Capacity and lead times, in numbers a planner can use.

What you are certified for

Certificate, number, validity, scope.

Where the limits are

What you do not do, said plainly.

How to reach a human

A named person on a company email.

The vague version of any of these reads as a red flag. The specific version wins the check.

The detail that quietly costs you work.

Your ISO certificate expired last year and was renewed within the month. Your website still shows the old expiry date.

A buyer who checks the number against the registry sees a lapsed certificate. They do not call to ask about it. They just do not call.

The same goes for the machine you sold two years ago that is still on your capability list, the capacity figure from when you ran one shift, and the phone number of an engineer who left in 2022.

None of it is dishonest. All of it is out of date, because updating the website has never been anybody's job.

That is what the monthly fee is actually for.

Found for the specific thing you actually make.

Nobody searching for a supplier types "engineering company". They type the process, the material, the standard and sometimes the town.

Precision turned components in EN8. CNC machining in Oragadam. IS 1239 pipe fittings. Investment castings to ASTM A216. Sheet metal fabrication with powder coating. Structural design consultancy for industrial sheds.

Every one of those is a page, and most engineering websites have none of them, because writing forty capability pages was never worth anybody's week.

Inky writes them. A page for each process, material, standard, sector and location you actually serve, each one factual and each one built to be found. Ask for a new one whenever you add a capability. Most changes are live within the hour. All within 48.

The business changes. The website shouldn't hold it back.

You commission a new machine. A certificate is renewed. You start supplying a new sector. An enquiry keeps arriving with the wrong assumption.

With a normal website, every one of those becomes another message to whoever built it, another quote, another follow-up, and another thing that sits on the list for eight months.

No editor. No tickets. You send the request in plain words.

Most changes are live within the hour. All within 48.

A picture of the request box in the InkySites dashboard. It reads “What would you like changed?”, with a text box where the owner has typed “We have a VMC with a 1600 by 800 table now. Add it to the capability list.”, and a “Send it” button.

How it works

Your website,
without the website admin.

Step 2

Ask for changes, forever

Say it in plain words. It goes live. As often as you like: a new machine, a renewed certificate, a new sector.

Selling outside India

An international buyer runs a longer version of the same check, and they run it before they will even send a first email.

They are looking for export handling that has clearly happened before, packing suitable for sea freight, marking and private label options if relevant, an indication of who carries responsibility to which point, and a named contact who replies from a company domain.

Inky puts all of it on the site plainly. It is not a claim you have to make. It is a set of facts you either have or you don't, and putting them where a buyer can find them is the whole difference between being shortlisted and being skipped.

Work

Real businesses. Real rebuilds.

BeforeThe old Soudarshini Valve site: black service tiles with a duplicated label, above cut-out product photos on mismatched backgrounds
AfterThe redesigned Soudarshini Valve homepage: a clean specification-led layout with a single product photograph

Soudarshini Valve, valve manufacturer, Coimbatore. Five decades of experience and a current API 6D monogram, previously behind a 2017 template. The rebuild leads with the credentials and sets the ranges out like a datasheet.

AfterThe redesigned TurboaSOX homepage: a bold headline beside a photograph of fabric ducting installed in a spinning mill

TurboaSOX, fabric air-dispersion systems, Chennai. India's first fabric air-dispersion system, with real engineering depth. The rebuild leads with the method and their own installation photography.

Every contact-form enquiry, in one place.

When someone fills in the contact form on your site, it lands in your dashboard, and in your inbox the moment it arrives.

You reply straight from there.

Every one is kept, even if the email goes astray.

FAQ

A few things you might want to know.

What doesn't InkySites do?

No ads. No reels. No photo shoots. No social media management. No trade show stands. Plenty of agencies do those, for a monthly fee, with ad spend on top.

No bought leads. Inky does not sell you enquiries and does not manage your IndiaMART or TradeIndia account. Those are separate services with their own economics, and you should judge them on their own.

InkySites does one thing: everything a buyer sees when they check you out, kept current and correct, for $29 a month.

We're on IndiaMART already. Do we still need this?

IndiaMART puts you in front of buyers on a platform where your listing sits next to many others and the enquiries are often price shopping. Your own site is where a serious buyer goes to decide whether you are worth a conversation, and it is the only place you control what they find. Most companies do well with both. Inky does not touch or replace your IndiaMART account.

We're an engineering services firm, not a manufacturer. Does this apply?

Yes. The check a client runs on a design, structural, automation or industrial services firm is the same shape: what have you actually delivered, what are you qualified in, who would be on this project, and can you take on the scale of what we are asking. Inky builds pages for services, sectors, project types and credentials the same way it builds them for processes.

Can you add pages for every process and material we handle?

Yes, a page for each one you actually handle, added whenever you ask. A new page for a new capability is simply part of the plan. A batch of pages that amounts to a second site is a conversation rather than a refusal; ask and we'll tell you honestly where it sits.

Can you put our certificates on the site?

Yes. Certificate, number, validity and scope, with the PDF if you want it there. And when it is renewed, tell Inky and the new date goes up, rather than next year.

Can you handle our product catalogue?

Yes, as pages or as downloadable documents, or both. If the catalogue changes, send the new one.

Do you write the technical content?

Inky drafts it from what you give it, and you can ask to see a preview and correct anything before it goes live. It will not invent a tolerance or a capacity figure. Anything it cannot source from you, it leaves out rather than guessing, which on this kind of site is the only safe way to work.

How quickly are changes made?

Most changes are live within the hour. All within 48. The ceiling on speed is our queue, not a ticket system. If something's urgent, say so when you ask.

What if we don't have a website at all?

We draft your first one free from what's already public about you - your Google Business Profile, your socials, whatever you tell us. Same deal as everyone else: a real preview in 48 hours, and $29 a month only if you keep it.

Is the free rebuild actually free?

Yes. You see the finished site before you pay anything, and if you walk away there is nothing to cancel and nothing owed. We do it because it is a better argument than anything we could write on this page.

Do we own the website?

You do. Both the design and the code. The site your designer makes is yours, the underlying code is yours, the content is yours. We're hosting and refining it on your behalf, not licensing you a template you have to give back.
