Squarespace's Basic plan is cheaper. What's the difference?

They're different things. Squarespace gives you the tools to build and maintain the site yourself. InkySites gives you a redesign of your existing site, and we make the changes for you. One is a workshop you operate; the other is a service that runs it for you. That's what the difference in price buys.

Does InkySites look as good as Squarespace?

Squarespace templates are excellent. The difference is that they're templates you fit your business into. We redesign around your business and keep refining it, so you're not picking a layout off a shelf and pouring your content into it.

Can I move my site off InkySites later?

Yes. You own the code, and you can ask from your dashboard any time - we email you the files. Squarespace's export is limited HTML, not a working site you can host elsewhere, so leaving it usually means rebuilding from scratch.
