What counts as a change?
Anything that keeps the site in step with the business: prices, timings, photos, people, notices, contact and booking details, a new page for a new service or branch, small layout tweaks, and fixing anything that breaks.
A ground-up redesign, an online store with a checkout, or a batch of pages that amounts to a second site is a bigger piece of work. We will say so and talk about it, rather than quietly not doing it.
How many changes do I get?
Once you're on the plan, there's no quota and nothing counting. Unlimited reasonable changes means the bound is the kind of work, not a number. Before you pay, the free build comes with three rounds of changes instead.
How quickly are changes made?
Most changes are live within the hour. All within 48. If something is urgent, say so when you ask.
