Renewing a website AMC, or looking for your first one.
Stop managing your website.
We run it for you.
Hosting, security, updates, and unlimited reasonable changes you ask for in plain words. $29 a month, month to month, nothing to renew. And we rebuild your site free first, so you see the work before you pay for any of it.
- No card
- No obligation
- Nothing to cancel
What it covers
What a website AMC covers.
Without the annual contract.
AMC stands for Annual Maintenance Contract, and the shape is in the name: an agreement renewed once a year. What varies is the scope, and what happens when you ask for something outside it. Here it is a monthly subscription you can stop any month, and what bounds the work is its kind rather than a count of updates.
Hosting and SSL
Ours, kept running. No separate hosting bill, and no certificate to remember to renew.
Security and backups
Static pages, so there is no plugin to patch. Every published version is archived, and we check several times a day that yours is up.
Content changes
Prices, timings, photographs, people, a whole new page. Send it in a sentence.
Fixing what breaks
A dead link, a form that stopped sending, a page that has gone wrong on a phone.
Being found
Structured data, a sitemap and clean fast HTML on every site we build, so Google and the AI tools can read yours.
Somebody to ask
One dashboard, one address, and a reply. No ticket number, and no chasing.
It is not a retainer you spend down. Nobody counts your changes, and there is no quota to use up.
The whole arrangement is one box.
No editor to learn, no login for your team to lose, and no version of this where you end up doing it yourself at eleven at night.
A price that went up. A festival notice. A new person on the team. Three photographs from last week's shoot. You write it the way you would say it.
Most changes are live within the hour. All within 48.
How it works
Three steps,
and two of them are ours.
Step 1
Show Inky what you have
Paste your URL. Or your Google Business Profile or Facebook page, if you don't have a site yet.
Step 2
See it rebuilt in 48 hours
Free, no card. You decide after you see it.
Step 3
Hand it over
Point your domain at us and it goes live. After that you ask, and it gets done. No editor to open, nothing to renew.
Scope
What is in it, and what is not.
The useful question to ask of any website AMC is where its edges are. Here are ours, before you ask for anything.
Covered, every month
- Content and photograph changes, as often as the business needs them.
- New pages within what the site already does, when you add a service, a branch or a person.
- Contact details, booking links, timings and seasonal notices.
- Hosting, SSL and the domain pointing where it should.
- Small layout tweaks, and fixing anything that has broken.
- The technical groundwork for being found, on every site we build.
And not
- An online store with inventory and checkout.
- Custom applications, or integrations carrying a running cost of their own.
- Ads, social media management and photo shoots.
- A batch of new pages that amounts to a second site.
- A ground-up redesign or rebrand, which is a conversation rather than a change request.
Unlimited reasonable changes means the bound is the kind of work, not a number. The first rebuild is free and included; from then on the site keeps up with the business.
If your site runs on WordPress
We do not maintain WordPress installations. We rebuild the site as plain static pages and run that instead, which is why there is no plugin to update, no database to break into and no admin login for anyone to guess.
You see the rebuilt version before you move anything, so none of it is taken on trust. How this compares with a WordPress care plan.
Built for AI search.
And still built for Google.
People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to find a business nearby.
Those tools read structure.
Every site we build ships ready to be found:
clean for Google, and legible to the AI tools people ask instead.
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Perplexity
- Google AI
We run it. You own it.
Worth checking in any agreement you sign, ours included: who holds the domain, and what comes back to you the day you stop.
Ask for the files whenever you want them, including the day you leave. Any developer could pick them up the next morning.
No hostage situation. No awkward breakup.

FAQ
The questions people actually ask.
What is a website AMC?
An Annual Maintenance Contract: an agreement where somebody else keeps your website working, for a fee paid once a year. What it actually covers varies from one vendor to the next, so the scope is the part to read before you sign anything.
Ours is that job billed monthly instead, with the changes bounded by the kind of work rather than by a count. The scope is on this page, above.
How much does website management cost?
Ours is $29 a month, flat, with nothing else to buy. Hosting, SSL, security, backups, unlimited reasonable changes and the groundwork that makes a site findable are all inside it. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
Is this an annual contract?
No. You pay monthly, in advance, and you can stop any month. There is no notice period and no exit fee. If you cancel, the site stays up to the end of the month you have already paid for.
How many changes do we get?
There is no number and no counter. Unlimited reasonable changes means the bound is the kind of work: content edits, photo swaps, new pages, contact and booking updates, seasonal refreshes, small layout tweaks, fixing what breaks.
A ground-up redesign or rebrand, a new online store, or a batch of pages that amounts to a second site is a different piece of work. We will say so and talk about it, rather than quietly not doing it.
Do you maintain WordPress sites?
Not in place. We rebuild the site as plain static pages and run that, so there is no plugin to update and no admin login to defend. You see the rebuilt version first, free, and decide then.
How quickly are changes made?
Most changes are live within the hour. All within 48. The ceiling on speed is our queue, not a ticket system. If something is urgent, say so when you ask.
Will this get us to the top of Google?
We can't promise a ranking, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we can do is make sure your site is technically sound and easy for Google and AI search to read, which is the foundation everything else builds on. Rankings also depend on your reputation, reviews and competition, which is where an ongoing marketing campaign comes in.
Can you take over a site somebody else built?
That is the usual case. Most of the sites we run were built years ago by an agency or a freelancer who has since moved on, and you don't need anything from them to start: we work from the site that is live today.
What you do need is control of your domain. Here is how to get that back if you can't reach whoever built it.
What happens if we stop paying?
The domain was always registered in your name, so nothing of yours is locked up. We stop hosting the site, and the complete code comes to you whenever you ask for it. There is nothing to migrate and no proprietary format to convert.
Is the free rebuild actually free?
Yes. You see the finished site before you pay anything, and if you walk away there is nothing to cancel and nothing owed. We do it because it is a better argument than anything we could write on this page.
