Terms.

Last updated 9 October 2026. Plain English, and these are the terms in force.

The short version

If you ask for a free redesign, you paste a URL, confirm by email, and we send it to you in 48 hours, yours to use or walk away from. If you stay, it's $29 a month (₹1,499 a month, GST included, if you're billed in India, or ₹14,990 if you'd rather pay for a year at a time) for hosting and unlimited reasonable changes. Cancel anytime; we'll hand you the files. Your domain stays yours. If you choose Start now, your plan is set up before we build; see "Start now" below.

What we promise

To send you a free redesign, if you ask for one, within 48 hours of your confirming the request by email, with no card on file. To host your site if you choose to use the redesign, for $29 a month (₹1,499 a month, GST included, if you're billed in India) billed in advance, or for ₹14,990 a year in advance if you're billed in India and choose to pay yearly. To respond to change requests promptly during business hours, usually within a day. To hand back your files if you decide to leave, at no extra cost.

Start now

If you choose Start now, you set up a monthly plan of ₹1,499 a month, GST included, before we build, and we build your new site within 48 hours of the plan being set up. Your first monthly charge is at least seven days after your new site arrives. You see its date before you approve the plan, and that date is fixed when you approve. If we're late enough to leave you less than seven days with your site before that date, we cancel your plan before the first charge, and you can set it up again from your finished site with a new date. Two days before the first charge we email you a reminder with the date, the amount, your site, and a link that cancels in one tap, with no sign-in.

Cancelling before the first charge is free: the plan is cancelled at once and the first charge never happens. On the day you approve the plan, by card or UPI, your bank shows a ₹5 set-up charge, which Razorpay returns by itself, whether or not you cancel. If you cancel before your site is delivered, we stop work on it. If it was delivered, it stays where it is as a private preview. You may put your site live on your own domain before the first charge, and the charge date stays the same. If you then cancel before it, we stop hosting your site and you point your domain back where it was. Your domain is always yours. Once the first charge has gone through, you're a monthly customer like any other and the rest of these terms apply.

What we don't promise

That you'll love the redesign. That we'll build something we can't build, like a full custom application, a marketplace, or a payment system. That anything we tell you is legal or compliance advice. Whether the law requires something of your site is a question for a lawyer. That uptime will be perfect. We use a reputable hosting provider and we'll work hard to keep things running, but no website on the internet is up 100% of the time.

Unlimited within reason

"Unlimited changes" means the kind of changes a small-business website actually needs: copy updates, new pages, swapped images, fresh services, holiday hours, seasonal banners. It doesn't mean a complete rebuild every month, or a full ecommerce backend, or video production. If you need something bigger than a small designer can sensibly deliver in a normal workweek, ask first.

Cancelling

You cancel on the Account page of your dashboard. Click cancel; we stop billing. We'll keep your site up until the end of the current billing month, then take it offline. If you paid for a year, that month is counted from the day your year started, and we refund every whole month after it. We email you to confirm the cancellation and that date. If you want the files, ask and we'll send them. No exit fee. You can also download a copy yourself on the Account page.

If a payment fails

If a charge doesn't go through, we retry it over the next few days and email you. You fix it yourself: update your card in your dashboard, and nothing else changes. If the retries don't work, we email you the date you need to fix it by, and your site stays up until then. If it still isn't paid 7 days after it was due, changes to your site pause until it's sorted, and 30 days after that we stop hosting it. We email you once more 7 days before that date. Your domain is yours either way, and you can download your site's files from your account before then.

Your domain, your code

You own the domain you point at us. You own the content you give us. You own the code we ship for your site. If we go away, you take the files and host them somewhere else.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability for any direct losses is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Who you're contracting with

InkySites is a product of Riverbco Technologies Private Limited, registered in India. Disputes are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any consumer protections you have in your own jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll tell existing customers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel within that window if you don't agree.
