Who owns your website if you stop paying?
Builtin India, at ₹3,999 a month, states this on its own subscriptions page: "Builtin retains full ownership of the website design, source code, hosting servers, and the registered domain. The subscription operates on a 'Website-as-a-Service' (WaaS) model where you pay a monthly fee to use the website. If the subscription ends, the website goes offline, and all assets remain with Builtin."
That is not a trick and it is not hidden. It is published, it is clear, and for some buyers it is a perfectly reasonable trade. It is worth reading twice because it describes a rental rather than a purchase, and because the terms around it are otherwise generous - zero setup fee, no lock-in, cancel any time - which makes it easy to skip past. Read it, then decide whether it is the deal you want.
